Client Agreement
By proceeding, you ("Client") agree to the following terms with Friendly Web Designs / Friendly Web Services ("Company").
This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract. By clicking "Agree & Continue" or proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Non-refundable, due before work begins
Founder pricing available for qualified businesses, subject to approval and stated minimums
Payments below the minimum are not accepted
Remaining balance must be paid prior to website launch or delivery
Hosting and maintenance services are required for all websites built by Friendly Web Designs.
Websites must remain hosted with the Company during active service
Third-party hosting or self-hosting is not permitted while service is active
Websites are built using our internal component library and custom code. All underlying code, systems, and components remain the exclusive property of Friendly Web Designs.
The Client retains ownership of the following, provided they have legal rights to them:
Your registered business name remains yours
Materials supplied by the Client
The Client confirms they own or are licensed to use all materials they provide.
Domain registration is not included unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.
The Company acts as the administrative agent during active service
Domain may be transferred after 12 consecutive months of uninterrupted service
Account in good standing
All balances paid in full
Purchase at fair market value
Website code, templates, and systems are not transferable. Early termination immediately ends the Client's license to use the website.
After 12 months of active service, the Client may request a content-only export(text and images only; no code or templates).
By providing your phone number and consenting to communications, you agree to receive SMS messages and calls from Friendly Web Designs / Friendly Web Services, including messages sent via automated dialing systems, prerecorded or AI-generated messaging.
Consent is not required to make a purchase
You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any message
Message and data rates may apply
Clicking "Agree & Continue" constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act and EU eIDAS regulations.
