No Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer returns on the following:
Website Development
All website design, development, and related work is non-returnable once work has commenced.
Web Hosting
Hosting services are provided month-to-month and are non-refundable for any period of service rendered.
Logo Design & One-Off Projects
Creative work including logos, graphics, and standalone projects are non-returnable once approved.
3-Day Cancellation Window
Important: Even if you cancel within the 3-day window, no refund will be issued as we begin work immediately upon contract signing (Day 1).
Day 1 work includes:
- Initial project setup and planning
- Resource allocation and scheduling
- Domain and hosting configuration
- Initial design concepts and wireframing
Deposits & Milestone Payments
Required deposit to begin work
Non-Refundable Deposit
Once you approve initial work and we submit for Milestone One payment (the deposit), this amount becomes completely non-refundable, regardless of whether you continue with the project.
Milestone One completion includes:
- Initial design mockups presented and reviewed
- Project scope and requirements documented
- Development environment setup completed
- Client approval received to proceed
Cancellation Fee Structure
Cancellation fee on prorated project value
Example Scenario
If you cancel after Milestone One:
- $750 deposit is non-refundable
- Additional 20% fee on remaining work
- All completed work must be paid
